This policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations, refunds, and reissues of our services. Please read carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

General Conditions

  • Third-Party Services

    Tripociate Travels acts as an intermediary between customers and third-party service providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators). All bookings are subject to the respective provider's terms and conditions.

  • Non-Refundable Charges

    Convenience charges, service fees, and any additional charges incurred during the booking process are non-refundable.

  • Unused Services

    No refunds will be provided for any unused services or portions of services once the trip has commenced. This includes, but is not limited to, meals, entrance fees, optional tours, and accommodations.

Flight Bookings

  • Cancellation and Reissue

    All flight cancellations and reissues are governed by the respective airline's policies. Tripociate Travels will facilitate the process in accordance with these policies.

  • Notice Period

    Travelers must notify Tripociate Travels at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled departure to request a cancellation or reissue. Failure to do so may result in a no-show charge, as per the airline's rules.

  • Process

    To initiate a cancellation or reissue, contact our number at +880 1841-416369 or via WhatsApp at +880 1841-416369. Our team will guide you through the process upon receiving your confirmation.

  • Fees

    Cancellation and reissue fees, along with any applicable service charges, will be applied as per the airline's policy. Tripociate Travels does not impose additional service charges beyond those quoted by the airline.

  • Refund Timeline

    Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after successful cancellation. The refunded amount will be credited through the original payment method within three to five working days, depending on your payment provider.

Hotel Bookings

  • Cancellation Policy

    Hotel cancellations are subject to the individual property's cancellation policy.

  • Procedure

    To cancel a booking, navigate to 'My Booking' on our website, select the booking you wish to cancel, and follow the on-screen instructions.

  • Fees

    Cancellation fees may apply based on the property's policy and the timing of the cancellation.

  • Date Changes

    Modifying booking dates is not permitted. To change dates, you must cancel the existing booking (subject to cancellation fees) and make a new reservation.

  • Black-Out Dates

    Bookings made for black-out dates are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

  • Refund Timeline

    Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after successful cancellation. The refunded amount will be credited through the original payment method within three to five working days.

Tour Packages

  • Cancellation Policy

    Cancellations are governed by the respective tour operator's policy.

  • Procedure

    To cancel or request a date change, email us at info@tripociate.com. Our team will respond promptly to assist you.

  • Fees

    Cancellation fees may apply as per the tour operator's policy.

  • Black-Out Dates

    Bookings for black-out dates are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

Payment Methods and Refunds

  • EMI Payments

    For bookings made via EMI, applicable EMI charges will be deducted from the refundable amount.

  • Refund Channel

    Refunds will be processed through the same channel used for the original payment. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Special Circumstances

  • Force Majeure

    In events such as national emergencies, lockdowns, political unrest, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances, standard refund policies may not apply. Tripociate Travels will assess situations on a case-by-case basis and communicate any deviations from standard policies.
